Advancement Schedule-

Our goal is to advance every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. The only time this will not happen is if the advance day falls on a major holiday or if all users complete their games early.

The league will advance at 10:00AM Eastern on advance days.

I'm posting this because I don't want anymore situations where guys either contact me last minute to play their games, or get upset because they get set to AP. Scheduling is MANDATORY, if you neglect to schedule your game via Groupme PM's, XBL, or Smartglass and you're unable to reach your please provide a screenshot so our staff can review any auto-pilot requests.

If you're the one who initiated contact (through an approved medium, GM, XBL, etc) and your opponent has not responded, and it comes down to the night before advance and it's after 8pm est, you will be allowed to play your game vs the CPU.

If that user is online and has not responded via GM/XBL they will still be AP'd (I understand we all have more than one video game in our collections, but a 48 hr period to play a 45 min-1hr game is plenty of time to get it in) Please provide a level of urgency for league games.

This is being done to place the initiative on user's because we are all mature people, we are not going to babysit guys and get their games scheduled. Also if you have a CPU game check with me first.

FINALLY IF THERE IS A CIRCUMSTANCE WHERE NEITHER USER ATTEMPTS TO SCHEDULE AND ONE SIGNS ON LAST MINUTE ASKING THE OTHER USER TO BE AP'D, YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DENIED AND THE GAME WILL BE SIMMED.

THE DEADLINE TO POST A SCHEDULING RESPONSE IS 5PM EST ON ADVANCE DAY. SO AGAIN I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO FOLLOW THE SCHEDULING GUIDELINES SO THAT THESE CONDITIONS DO NOT HAVE TO BE APPLIED.
